Welcome to the official website and digital platforms of Sahyadri Skill Development and Industrial Training Society (SSDITS) (“SSDITS”, “Society”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our services, creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a donation, or using any feature of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Course availability, duration, syllabus, trainers, schedules, fees, eligibility criteria, certification requirements, and delivery methods may change without prior notice where reasonably necessary.


5. Learning Management System (LMS)

Registered learners may receive access to:

  • Live classes
  • Recorded sessions
  • Study materials
  • Assessments
  • Assignments
  • Discussion forums
  • Digital certificates
  • Progress tracking

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials.
  • Copy or redistribute course content without authorization.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate profile information.
  • Attending scheduled training sessions where applicable.
  • Completing assignments honestly.
  • Following examination rules.
  • Respecting trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
  • Using the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Academic misconduct, cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or misuse of the platform may result in disciplinary action, suspension, cancellation of enrollment, or withholding of certificates where appropriate.


7. Certification

Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of applicable course requirements, which may include attendance, assessments, practical work, examinations, or other criteria.

SSDITS reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or correct certificates issued due to fraud, misrepresentation, administrative error, or violation of these Terms.


8. Placement Assistance

SSDITS may provide placement assistance, career guidance, internship opportunities, interview preparation, and employer connections.

Placement assistance does not constitute or guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Salary levels
  • Job interviews
  • Job offers
  • Career advancement

Final hiring decisions remain solely with the respective employers.


9. Employer Portal

Employers using our platform agree to:

  • Provide genuine employment opportunities.
  • Share accurate recruitment information.
  • Comply with applicable employment laws.
  • Respect candidate privacy.

SSDITS may remove employer accounts found to be misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.


10. Donations

Donations made to SSDITS support educational, charitable, skill development, livelihood, women empowerment, community development, digital inclusion, and related initiatives.

Unless otherwise specified by law or an approved policy, donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.

Donations are used in accordance with organizational priorities, project requirements, applicable laws, and donor restrictions where accepted.


11. Payments

Payments for courses, registrations, events, or other services are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

SSDITS does not store complete payment card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or online banking credentials.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information submitted is accurate and authorized.


12. Fees and Refunds

Applicable course fees, registration charges, or other service fees will be displayed before payment where relevant.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the relevant Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website or the specific terms communicated for a particular program.


13. User Content

Users may upload documents, assignments, resumes, photographs, projects, feedback, discussion posts, or other content.

By submitting such content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant SSDITS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, and process the content solely for educational, administrative, certification, placement, compliance, and operational purposes.

Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they submit.


14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through our website and digital platforms—including text, graphics, logos, icons, course materials, videos, presentations, software, designs, documents, and branding—is owned by or licensed to SSDITS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and download materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use unless expressly authorized in writing.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.


15. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:
